Today was the last lunch club but will be returning on the 9th September.
Lunch club proved to be a  very eventful day today, due to being a bit short on staff some of our senior citizens gave a helping hand, dishing up, washing up and general tidying up. I must say they seemed to have thoroughly  enjoyed themselves, i saw a very different side to them today.

For most of us its the start of the school holidays today.
Throughout the summer holidays Community Unity Projects will be providing,
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

 
Community Unity Breakfast
community Unity Breakfast is open to all members of the community and is held at the Quarrendon & Meadowcroft Community Centre. The breakfast takes place on Tuesday 2nd & 9th August 10.00am-12.00pm and is a buffet breakfast as well as recreational activities for all members of the community from tots to teens to OAP's Great Atmosphere!!!".  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Sunday School
Live music and song 
interactive stories - brought to life in fun and imaginative ways 
for children 3 years and over - parents can stay or collect children when finished ( 3 's good if parents stops with child if possible) 
Time 10.45am-11.45am and is held at the Quarrendon & Meadowcroft Community Centre.

There will be no drop in, this will return on the 4th September.
